It is a red flag here. Besides, Aether Capital claims to be regulated by three of the world’s leading financial jurisdictions and shows its three company offices respectively in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, and Australia. As per these claims and relevant law, we searched the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HK SFC), and the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). First, we did not find any match results for this broker in HK SFC. Second, we found a company named “Aether Capital Investments Ltd” in ASIC and FCA, but the regulatory status in the two regulators both ceased.
