Quick answers about ASKBALL, broker reports, wallet lookup, scam intelligence and recovery partner referrals.

General

What is ASKBALL?

ASKBALL is a public scam intelligence registry that helps users research suspicious brokers, investment platforms and wallet addresses before sending funds.

Is ASKBALL a broker or recovery company?

No. ASKBALL is not a broker, exchange, investment platform or recovery company. It provides reporting, registry and intelligence tools.

Is the registry free to use?

Yes. Visitors can search the public registry and use the wallet lookup tool for free.

Reports

How do I report a suspicious broker?

Use the Submit Complaint page and include the broker name, website, amount lost, wallet addresses, screenshots and any conversations or receipts.

Will every report be published?

No. Reports may be reviewed first. Verified intelligence may be added to the public registry while sensitive personal details remain protected.

Can I update an existing report?

Yes. Contact support and include your ASKBALL case reference so additional evidence can be linked to the right report.

Wallet Lookup

Does “not reported” mean a wallet is safe?

No. It only means the wallet does not currently appear in ASKBALL public case files. Scammers create new wallets frequently.

Which wallets can I search?

You can paste BTC, ETH, TRON, USDT and other crypto wallet addresses. Future versions may connect to a live database.

Does ASKBALL perform blockchain tracing?

No. ASKBALL provides a registry lookup. It does not perform forensic tracing or move funds.

Recovery

Does ASKBALL guarantee recovery?

No. No legitimate service can guarantee recovery. ASKBALL may direct users to independent vetted partners where appropriate.

Will ASKBALL ask me for upfront recovery fees?

No. Be very careful of anyone claiming to be ASKBALL and asking for upfront recovery payments.

Privacy

Will my personal details be published?

No. Personal details such as names, emails and phone numbers are not published in public registry entries.

Can I submit evidence confidentially?

Yes. Evidence is used for review and verification. Public case files may mask sensitive information.
