Billion FX claims to be owned and operated by Talent Master Enterprises Limited, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands. Based on British law, the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), the national financial regulator, is responsible for the regulation, supervision, and inspection of all the British Virgin Islands’ financial services including forex. However, we did not find any match results to Billion FX or Talent Master Enterprises Limited in BVI FSC. That means Billion FX is not under valid regulation to do forex by any regulators. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
