However, we found that the alleged registration was annulled on March 22th, 2021. And please be informed that the Marshall IRI is not a government agency, nor a regulator, and does not regulate foreign exchange. All in all, FGMarkets is not regulated or overseen by any financial regulators. That means investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
