To operate as this type of broker in Bulgaria, a company must be regulated by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC). We searched the FSC and CNMV and found a matching result. But the website registered in FSC and CNMV is https://grandcapital.net/, which is different from Finex Limited (https://finexlimited.com/), it’s a redflag. The truth is that Finex Limited is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors’ funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Finex Limited is a scam.
