Foti Markets claims to be based in the Comoros and states that it is a trading name of Foti Capital Ltd, which is authorized by the Union of Comoros Offshore Finance Authority (UCOFA). Our investigation reveals that it is actually regulated by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (AOFA). This regulatory body is known for extremely weak oversight, offers very limited investor protection, and is widely regarded as lacking credibility. Furthermore, AOFA does not maintain a public registry of licensed brokers on an official website, significantly increasing the risks for investors. Notably, Foti Markets does not appear to be supervised or licensed by any recognized mainstream financial regulatory authority.
