The lack of such important information may be a distinct signal of unlicensed broker, as regulated brokers always present their accreditations and licenses in a prominent position. And many of the links to regulation and legal documents are invalid. It is a red flag. According to the broker’s website, their telenumbers belongs to the United Kingdom. So we searched the United Kingdomg Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and found no matching result. That means Global Commodities House is not authorized to provide financial services in the United Kingdom. Not regulated by any regulators, letting this broker hold or control customers’ money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
