The website uses a common template for scam websites, which has been previously marked by Brokersview, for example: XH Pro. It claims to be regulated by the Money Services Business (US MSB) and the National Futures Association (NFA). First of all, it is worth noting that the US MSB does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange. Secondly, upon investigation, no matching information was found in the NFA. In addition, the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning against Goldonline for the lack of the required authorization. In essence, Goldonline is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. Goldonline appears to be a scam.
