HotFxlive claims it can offer services to residents of all jurisdictions including the United States of America. As per information we have, US residents and citizens are only permitted to operate foreign exchange brokerages under regulation of the United States National Futures Association (NFA). Firms and individuals, who do not possess the relevant NFA regulation, are not allowed to solicit or approach US citizens. However, we searched NFA and found no matching result.
