According to its website, IvaFx claims to provide foreign exchange and cryptocurrency trading services. The website purports to be operated by Finateqs Corp, a company supposedly registered in Belize and is authorized and regulated by the Belize Financial Services Commission (Belize FSC). However, records from the Belize FSC suggested that Finateqs Corp has its own registered website and company address, which are inconsistent with the information provided by IvaFx. IvaFx is likely misusing details of another entity, which has nothing to do with it, to create the illusion of legitimacy.
