Jetafx (Jeta Fx Limited) claims to be a regulated ECN/STP broker together with offices in Dubai and Saint Lucia, offering wide range of financial services, including Forex, Indices, Stocks, Commodities, Future and more instruments in global markets. But there is no detailed financial services licenses and other licensing certificates. A company that offers financial services must have financial license in the country where it is located. Upon investigation, we found that Jetafx is not regulated by the DuBai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), and Jeta FX LTD is registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Saint Lucia, an International Business Companies Registry that doesn’t license forex trading brokerage activities.
