Moa Markets claims to be a licensed broker under regulation of the New Zealand Financial Markets Authority (FMA). We searched the New Zealand Financial Services Providers Register (FSP) and found a matching result. However, the FMA shows that Moa Markets is not authorized to provide forex services because it is not a derivative issuer. That means Moa Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors’ money is unsafe and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.
