Trustworthy brokers display their regulator’s name and license or regulation number in the footer of their website. However, SpotpayFX doesn’t. This is a red flag for fraudulent activities. In essence, SpotpayFX is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. SpotpayFX appears to be a scam.
